This role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources, and developing strong relationships with clients. The manager will be responsible for driving the department's performance, promoting safety, and achieving company objectives. Responsible for the overall success of the department. Help drive positive culture throughout the division.

This role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources, and developing strong relationships with clients. The manager will be responsible for driving the department's performance, promoting safety, and achieving company objectives. Responsible for the overall success of the department. Help drive positive culture throughout the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all project activities, from planning to monitoring.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Oversee daily team activities and address any issues.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure resources are allocated in an efficient manner.
- Track project expenses and prepare accurate billing.
- Submit timely invoices, change orders, and job logs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining communication.
- Conduct post-project reviews for feedback and satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and prepare progress reports for the Branch Manager.
- A valid class A Journeyman License or higher.
- Must be able to be insured under company vehicle insurance policy.
- Minimum of 10 years in Residential electrical project management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Good visual acuity for reading documents and blueprints.
- Proficient hand-eye coordination for computer use.
- Ability to hear and participate in meetings.
- Primarily office-based with standard equipment.
- Occasional site visits for project assessments and inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and wear PPE when necessary.
- Frequent interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
