We are looking for an eager and motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team and start building a rewarding career in the HVAC industry. You’ll get hands-on experience working alongside skilled technicians and learn the ins and outs of HVAC system installations in residential and commercial settings.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an HVAC Apprentice with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Peculiar, MO. The ideal candidate will assist experienced technicians with HVAC installations and perform various support tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians in the installation of HVAC systems.
Help with system start-ups, testing, and commissioning.
Interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
Ensure installations meet local, state, and federal codes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Keep accurate installation records.
Provide customer service support under technician supervision.
Adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC installation or related field.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
Ability to interpret technical documents.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
Comfortable working in various conditions and confined spaces.
Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
