Job Summary:
Assist in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Is the first point of contact for the Warehouse Manager and Branch Manager in regards to helping with daily operations and functionality of the Warehouse.
Ability to operate material handling equipment.
Works daily to accurately input accepted shipments into inventory systems.
Updates warehouse management system daily. (KOJO & Fishbowl)
Adheres to Company policies and guidelines.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Track incoming/outgoing job material/inventory.
Assist in receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods for damage, and updating inventory systems accordingly. Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
Occasionally deliver materials to the jobsite.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Six months or more of similar or related experience.
Must have the ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to be insured under company’s vehicle insurance policy.
Ability to do simple addition and subtraction.
Possess the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly; 100 lbs occasionally.
Must stand and walk for long periods, typically during 8-hour shifts.
Frequent bending, stooping, and squatting to organize and pick items.
Ability to reach overhead and grasp items from various heights.
Good hand-eye coordination for packing and sorting tasks.
Occasionally climb ladders or step stools to access high shelves.

Work Environment:

Primarily in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
Use of PPE like gloves and safety shoes is required.
May involve operating forklifts and pallet jacks; training will be provided.
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
